Our approach addresses a simple, central goal: improve the client’s profitability, productivity, growth, and job satisfaction. Our experience and results show that improved performance requires our clients to invest in people, systems, marketing, and support structures. Usually, that investment does not require additional resources. Instead, we show clients how to redeploy their existing talents, resources, and energy. |

We call it “top line management,” because we focus on growing the top line (revenues) while leaving the “middle lines” (expenses) virtually the same. This allows all profit improvements to be internally-financed. We have succeeded because we utilize the existing talents and resources of client firms to enhance client satisfaction and achieve business goals. David Cottle Consulting has a mission: We want to see our clients earn what they are worth. We could give dozens, if not hundreds, of examples of problems we have seen cause otherwise successful firms to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars. Those problems were easily solved once we helped the firms involved address them correctly. We are unusual in that we unconditionally guarantee that our clients will be completely satisfied with the quality and value of all our products and services or we cheerfully refund their fees.
